FAQ

Common questions

An OG image (Open Graph image) is the preview image that appears when you share a link on Twitter, LinkedIn, Slack, iMessage, and other platforms. Without one, you get a gray box. With a good one, you get a branded card that drives clicks. The <meta property="og:image"> tag in your page's <head> tells social platforms which image to use.
About 2 minutes. Sign up, upload your logo, pick a color and template, and you'll get a URL. Paste it into your site's <head> tag as an og:image meta tag and you're done. If you use Next.js, WordPress, or Ghost, we have copy-paste snippets in the docs.
Barely. You need to be able to add a line to your site's HTML — something like <meta property="og:image" content="https://pikzor.com/og/t_xK9mP2?title={{title}}">. If you can copy-paste HTML, you can set this up. Most CMS platforms (WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Framer) have a field for this in settings.
Any platform that respects the Open Graph protocol — which is basically all of them. Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, Discord, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Notion, and more. If a platform shows link previews, it reads og:image. Pikzor images also include twitter:card support for Twitter's large card format.
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and you won't be charged again. Your images and tokens keep working until the end of your current billing period. After that, you're moved to the free plan (50 renders/month).
